Terms of Use
Last updated: September 7, 2026
These terms apply to dandle.online, a free browser game made by Davis Dilanchian, an independent developer. They're written in plain language because that's all a game like this needs.
Playing the game
The Dandle campaign is free to play, with ads, and the level editor is free to use. The community levels purchase is currently being tested in a separate sandbox; test checkout does not charge real money. You're welcome to play as much as you like, on any device that runs it. Your settings and progress are stored locally in your own browser.
Ads and the community levels purchase
The campaign is free and shows an occasional ad between levels; it plays with or without an ad blocker. When purchases are switched on, community levels need a one-time US$2.99 payment, which gives lifetime access to them and removes all ads, on the email you sign in with, meaning for as long as Dandle offers the game. It is not a subscription and doesn't change gameplay. You can restore it on any device by signing in with the same email. Until purchases are switched on, community levels are free.
User-created levels
Dandle includes a level editor, and levels you make can be submitted for others to play through the community levels feature. By submitting a level, you're letting Dandle host it and show it to other players. Submitted levels may be moderated: levels can be reported by players, may be automatically hidden after reports, and may be removed at the developer's discretion: for example, if a level is broken, offensive, or abuses the system. Please don't put anything hateful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate in level names or content.
Ownership
The game itself, its code, design, artwork, audio, and name, belongs to the developer. You may not copy or redistribute the game as your own. Levels you create are your own work; submitting one just gives Dandle permission to host and display it.
No warranties
Dandle is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. It's a free game maintained by one person: things may occasionally break, change, or go offline, and locally stored progress can be lost if you clear your browser data. To the extent permitted by law, the developer isn't liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time as the game evolves. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current terms.
